Our club is growing fast, and we need volunteers to help keep rugby affordable and accessible for our whānau and community.
Here's the reality: running a club this size takes a lot of hands. Right now, only around 20% of the hours needed to run Rolleston RFC are covered. That gap makes everything harder — from setting up on game days to running the bar, managing gear, organising events, and fundraising.
The good news? You don't need to commit to a full season of work. Just 3 hours this season can make a massive difference.
Where We Need Help
We need people across a range of areas:
- Game days — set up, pack down, sideline support
- Events — planning, organising, running club functions
- Bar & kitchen — duty shifts on match days and events
- Gear — managing, distributing, and ordering team gear
- Fundraising — helping run initiatives that keep fees down
- And more — there's genuinely a role for everyone, whatever your skills or availability
